对照顾老年痴呆患者的护理员的培训方法与效果

The methods and effect of training for caregivers of Alzheimer patients

目的探讨老年痴呆患者的护理员的培训方法。方法对护理员进行培训,主要内容:老年疾病的有关知识、认知训练方案、行为和心理问题相应对策、语言沟通护理技术、减轻患者紧张技术、增加亲和力技巧、日常生活照顾训练等。结果护理员考核合格率上升,培训前后成绩差异具有统计学意义;患者的意外发生率降低。结论系统地对护理员实施培训,提高主要照顾者的应对技巧,能够有效地改善老年痴呆患者的生活质量,提高其健康水平。

Objective To explore how to train dememia earegivers. Methods The training included the knowledge about elderly diseases,cognitive training programs,strategies for behavior and mental problems,communication skills,skills about how to relieve patients＇ tension and increase themsleves affinity, and daily life care training. Results After training, the passing rate of examination increased among the caregivers, and the accident rate of patients declined. Conclusion Systematically training is helpful to improve dementia caregivers＇ coping skills and the life quality of Alzheimer patients.
