摘要
详细介绍了基于面阵CCD器件的图像采集系统的构成,通过对CCD图像传感器ICX424AQ的驱动时序及数模转换芯片AD9943转换时序的分析,设计了用于图像采集的CCD驱动电路,并采用FPGA进行了实现。采用双线性插值算法,从表面覆盖Bayer彩色滤波阵列的CCD图像传感器获得全彩图像,图像数据以DVI格式实时发送到LCD屏上显示。
This paper presents an image acquisition system based on area CCD. The driving timing of the CCD image sensor ICX424AQ and the conversion timing of the AD converter AD9943 are analyzed, the driving circuit of imaging system is designed and implemented by FPGA. The research on the hardware implementation to obtain full-color images from the CCD image sensors covered by Bayer color filter array adopts bilinear interpolation algorithm. The image data is transmitted to LCD screen in real time.
