摘要
目的建立瘤果黑种草籽中山奈酚的HPLC含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸(52∶48,V/V),检测波长:370nm。结果山奈酚在0.03~0.18μg的范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为95.23%,RSD为4.56%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于瘤果黑种草籽中山奈酚的含量测定。
Aim To develop an HPLC method for determination of kaempferol content in seed of Nigella Glandulifera. Methods HPLC was carried out by using Diamonsil C18 column (4.6mm × 150mm,5 μm)and meth- anol-0.4% phosphoric acid (52: 48V/V) as the mobile,with UV detection wavelenth at 370nm. Results Kaempferol was linear over the range of 0.03 -0.18μg( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 95.23% , with an RSD of 4.56% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible. It could be used to determine the content of kaempferol in the seed of Nigella Glandulifera.
