摘要
"以人为本"是一个重要的哲学政治及社会管理的理念。教育改革应高扬"以人为本"旗帜,从教育思想、教育体制、教育实践等多方面重建这一理念。
＂People-oriented＂ is an important philosophical concept of the political and social management. Education reform should be lifted the ＂people-oriented＂ flag,and reconstruct the concept from the educational thinking, education system and education practice.
