摘要
应用生化编码微量鉴定系统,对黑龙江扎龙自然保护区湿地11种野生和笼养鸟类共178个个体的口咽部分泌物、泄殖腔内容物及新鲜粪便中肠杆菌科、孤菌科细菌和非发酵革兰氏阴性杆菌的带菌的状况进行了研究。共分离鉴定出25种细菌,分属5科14属。研究发现,不同类群的鸟类带菌状况存在着差异,同种鸟类在不同的生活状态下也存在着差异,食种子雀形目鸟类大肠杆菌的带菌率极低。
Using bio-chemical code micro identification kit (BCMIK), the carrying status of enterobacteriaceae, vibrionaceae and non-fermented bacteria in 178 wild and captive birds (11 species) on Zalong Nature Reserve Wetland in Heilongjiang Province were studied. The samples used to isolate these bacteria were collected from oral-pharyngal secretion, cloaca contents and fresh faeces of these birds. 25 species bacteria, belonging to 5 families and 14 genera, were isolated and identified. The results showed that the prevalence of bacteria was different in different group of birds as well as in the same species of birds when they were in different live status. The prevalence of Escherichia coli in granivous passeriform birds was very low.
