论非法移民基本人权的国际保护

On the International Protection of the Fundamental Human Rights of Illegal Immigrants

近年来,非法移民问题日趋严重,已成为一个涉及到政治、经济、社会和文化等多方面的全球性难题。而由于非法移民本身的复杂性,如何有效地保护非法移民的基本人权给国际人权法提出了新的课题。本文对非法移民的界定及其基本人权的国际保护进行了简单的分析,并在结合现有保护非法移民基本人权国际法律制度的基础上,提出了加强非法移民基本人权的国际保护的若干建议。

In recent years,the issue of illegal immigration,has become increasingly serious and has become a global issue involving political,economic,social and cultural,and many other matters. Because of the complexity of illegal immigrants,how to effectively protect the basic human rights of illegal immigrants has posed a new challenge to the international human rights law. In this paper,the authors,through a simple analysis of the definition of illegal immigration and the international protection of their fundamental human rights,and on the basis of the the international legal regime for the protection of basic human rights of illegal immigrants put forward suggestions for the strengthening of international protection of fundamental human rights of illegal immigrants.
