摘要
以杭州某气体工程公司10 000 Nm^3/h空分项目为背景,简要介绍了其工艺流程及产量指标,并在分析ControlNet总线技术特点的基础上,重点介绍了空分控制系统的系统硬件和软件设计。整套系统具有很高的可靠性,且应用灵活。
This paper is based on a 10 000 Nm^3/h air separation project of a gas engineering company in Hangzhou. It has introduced the air separation process and output indicators briefly.Based on the analysis of the technology characteristics of ControlNet ,it introduces the hardware and software design of the system. The entire system has high reliability and flexibile application.
