摘要
采用二十面体方法的迎风面积测量技术作为不规则形状的炮弹弹片平均迎风面积的测量方法,并以此设计出了弹片迎风面积测量控制系统,为下一步的典型弹片初速测量提供重要参数。详细论述了控制系统的组成、原理及数据处理系统。系统采用数字PID控制方式实现了系统快速精确定位。通过实验对系统的测量精度进行了验证.实验数据满足其控制精度:±5%。
the regular ieosahedron measuring technique is used in measurement of anomalistic cannon-shot average fragment windward area, and by this means, a kind of measuring system is designed. The average windward area is a very important parameter of typical fragment muzzle velocity measurement. The working principle,overall structure and the data processing system are detailed described. The measuring precision of the system is verified by experiment, and it is less than the required: ±5%.
