摘要
根据微波辐射测量理论,分析了绝缘子污秽的8mm波辐射测量方法的基本原理。采用分层媒质与天线接收原理,从理论上计算了污秽绝缘子表面的天线温度。依据计算结果及绝缘子的实地运行状况,研制出适用于绝缘子污秽检测的8mm狄克型辐射计,性能测试结果表明该辐射计的各项指标均能满足测试需求。最后,使用该辐射计完成了对XP—70型瓷绝缘子的人工污秽实验。实验结论证明测量值能够准确地反映绝缘子等值盐密量。
According to the theory of microwave radiometry,the basic principle of 8 mm wave radiation measurement method of insulator contamination had heen analyzed firstly. The antenna temperature of polluted insulators had been theoretically calculated by using of the layered-media theory and antenna theory. Based on Calculation results and the practical running conditions of insulators, an 8 mm Dicke radiometer suitable for insulator contaminant detection was designed and made. And then, performance testing results showed that all indexes of this radiometer can achieve the test requirement. At last, by using this radiometer, the artificial contaminated XP-70 insulators were measured. The experimental results demonstrated that the measured values can completely reflect the ESDD of insulator, and provided an important data reference for engineering application.
