摘要
目前国内生产的广告字制作设备主要采用手动方式,效率低下,而国外设备价格昂贵。本文基于通用运动控制器,成功开发了一套全自动弯字机控制系统。系统能接收AI、DXF文件格式的文字,包括汉字和韩、日、英等各国文字,根据设计的文字自动完成剪切和围字操作,加工范围10mm×10mm至1.5m×1.5m,较手动方式加工效率大幅提高,达到企业要求。
Presently, advertisement words are mainly produced manually in domestic, and also in low efficiency. But the devices imported are expensive. So numerical control system for automatic bender machine is demanded urgently. Based on general motion controller, an automatic bending system is developed. The system can receive drawing in AI ＆ DXF format. It can automatically process the cutting amt bend operation in accordance with track bending, which greatly increases efficiency. The words＇ dimension is from 10mm ×10mm to 1.5m × 1.5m.
