A GIS based Assets Remote Tracking and Monitoring System

随着装备业务分工的越来越专业化,明细化,目前越来越多的工程实施采用装备租赁的办法以降低成本,这就涉及到资产所有方对资产的准确实时远程监管问题,以确保出租资产的安全性。本文介绍了一种基于GIS的资产远程跟踪监管系统,描述了系统的基本架构,实施过程中涉及的关键技术,组成部分以及不同组成部分的功能,同时简单介绍了系统开发的工作原理、系统特色以及系统如何实现多终端协议、多运营平台、多区域网络等复杂情况下资产管理数据的融合。本文最后以危化品运输设备资产的跟踪与监控为例,进行了系统的实施和运行。

Recently, a lot of professional equipment providers are established, now more and more projects rent equipments for reducing the cost, so the assets owners need a solution for assets safety to know where, when, what and how information of assets. In this paper, a remote tracing and monitoring system based on GIS is introduced. The system framework and key technology in relation to the implementation of system are described. Particularly, a method to realize the integration of asset management data in the complex condition of cross data exchange protocols, cross operation platforms and networks. Lastly, based on special vehicle equipments for dangerous gas transportation, the system has been developed and running for commercial purpose.
