重构医学生实践能力培养体系的探索与实践

Exploration and practice in reconstruction of training system for practical competence of medical students

传统的医学生实践教学体系面临着许多新的挑战，其教学理念、内容和方法已经不能适应需要，改革和重构势在必行。南京医科大学遵循注重医学生实践能力和创新精神培养的教育理念，经过10年改革与建设，基本形成了集“四模块”实践课程、特色配套教材、先进教学和考核方法为一体的医学生实践能力培养体系，取得了良好效果。

The traditional practice training system for medical students, which has been confronted with many new challenges, fails to meet the requirements of medical education in teaching philosophy, contents and methods. It is imperative under the circumstance to initiate reform and reconstruction in this field. Guided by the philosophy emphasizing practice and creativity of medical students, Nanjing Medieal University, ＇after a decade of teaching reform, has basically established a cultivation system focusing on medical practice, which integrates ＂four-module＂ practiee eurrieulum, distinguished supporting teaching materials, and advanced practice training and assessing method. The university has achieved desirable results from the newly established cultivation system.
