摘要
借鉴美国社区学院为社区服务的经验，以浙江医学高等专科学校护理专业学生为对象，将其培养为护工指导师，进而由其开展对社区卫生服务中心护工的培训，研究并实践了新型的高职高专卫生服务职业化教育模式，使高职高专的学校教育能够为社会需求的行业职业化教育服务。
Learning the experience of American community colleges servicing community, we train the nursing students to be the trainers of nursing care workers, who will work in community health centers. This is a new higher vocational education model and will meet the social needs of the professional education.
