广东省口腔医学教育现状与对策

Status and countermeasures of stomatological education in Guangdong

近年来，口腔医学院（系）的数量和招生人数大幅增长，致使口腔医学教育质量面临着严峻的挑战。本文结合广东省口腔医学教育资源的现状，对口腔医学教育的质量问题进行了简要分析，并提出了保证口腔医学教育质量的对策和建议。具体包括：明确口腔医学院（系）定位与培养目标、加强师资队伍建设、强化学生临床前技能训练和教学医院建设、建立教育结果的全过程评定体系等，以切实保证口腔医学教育质量的稳步提高。

The number and size of stomatology or dentistry departments have been increased dramatically within past years, which further challenge the quality of dental education. In this article, the author gives a brief analysis of the present or potential problems of dental education basing upon the reality of Guangdong education resources, and proposes the constructive methods to guarantee the quality of education, including ： ensuring the orientation of the college as well as the goal of dental education, strengthening the building of teachers＇ team, intensifying the pre-clinical skll trainings and training centers, constructing an overall evaluation system to trace the whole teaching activities and outcomes. All above solutions are taken to guarantee the steady improvement of education quality.
