加强口腔医学专业本科生临床前教育的探讨

Study on the practice of pre-clinical education for stomatological students

为了提高口腔医学专业学生临床实习的教学效果，近年来，同济大学口腔医学院加强了口腔医学专业本科生的临床前教育，通过制定个性化的临床实习计划、采用以问题为基础学习教学方法、离体牙练习与讲评、模拟诊疗训练以及l艋床示教等，培养学生“以患者为中心”的服务意识与高度的责任心，使他们逐渐养成良好的学习习惯，为学生的临床工作奠定良好的基础，从而提高临床实习教学效果。

Pre-clinical education is the targeted teaching and guidance to the medical students before they start clinical practice. In order to improve the clinical practice teaching effect, pre-clinical education for the stomatological undergraduate students was carried out in recent years in Tongji University School of Stomatology. It focused on the following strategies： developing personal clerkship schedule, practicing problem-based learning teaching method, in vitro teeth practicing and evaluation, simulated clinical training, cultivating students＇ patient-centered sense of service and responsibility. These strategies helped to cultivate the students＇ good learning habits and laid a good foundation for their clinical practice which has been proved to have better results in clinical practice teaching.
