Study on the practice of pre-clinical education for stomatological students

摘要 为了提高口腔医学专业学生临床实习的教学效果,近年来,同济大学口腔医学院加强了口腔医学专业本科生的临床前教育,通过制定个性化的临床实习计划、采用以问题为基础学习教学方法、离体牙练习与讲评、模拟诊疗训练以及l艋床示教等,培养学生“以患者为中心”的服务意识与高度的责任心,使他们逐渐养成良好的学习习惯,为学生的临床工作奠定良好的基础,从而提高临床实习教学效果。 Pre-clinical education is the targeted teaching and guidance to the medical students before they start clinical practice. In order to improve the clinical practice teaching effect, pre-clinical education for the stomatological undergraduate students was carried out in recent years in Tongji University School of Stomatology. It focused on the following strategies: developing personal clerkship schedule, practicing problem-based learning teaching method, in vitro teeth practicing and evaluation, simulated clinical training, cultivating students' patient-centered sense of service and responsibility. These strategies helped to cultivate the students' good learning habits and laid a good foundation for their clinical practice which has been proved to have better results in clinical practice teaching.
