Exploration of bilingual teaching method in medical biochemistry teaching of provincial university

摘要 河北医科大学生物化学与分子生物学教研室兼顾生物化学学科特点、学校定位及学生基本素质,坚持“三个结合”,即留学回国教师和年轻教师相结合、课堂教学与课外学习相结合、教师讲授和学生自学相结合的教学原则,探索一种适用于七年制临床医学专业学生生物化学双语教学模式:强化师资队伍建设和提高课堂效率的重要作用,注重课外拓展学习和教学信息再反馈,以期为推进生物化学乃至生命科学相关课程双语教学提供借鉴。 Bilingual teaching was an important way to get the integration of Chinese higher education and the international frontier. Comprehensively taking into account subject characteristics of medical biochemistry, school orientation and basic quality of students, according to the teaching principles of "three combinations" --combination of young teachers and teachers returned from abroad, combination of instruction in class and extracurricular learning, combination of teaching and students' self-study, department of biochemistry and molecular biology, Hebei Medical University explored a bilingual teaching model of medical biochemistry that suits for seven-year education-system students in medical college. In this bilingual teaching model, we highlighted the significance of upgrading of the quality of teachers and improving the efficiency in class, besides we proposed that expanding of extra-curricular learning and feedback information of teaching is a necessary complement to bilingual teaching biochemistry if we want to attain achievement. The commencement of bilingual teaching model of medical biochemistry could be considered as reference for medical biochemistry as well as life sciences related courses.
