摘要
研究了分离于江苏地区若干鸡场的29株鸡源致病性大肠埃希氏菌的耐药性,结果表明,所有菌株对CFZ、TOB敏感,耐药率为0;对NEO、KAN、GEN、PIP耐药率均为6.89%;CTN,13.79%;CMP,34.48%;对STR、COS、VAN、ERY耐药率较高,分别为65.52%、72.42%、82.76%、93.10%。待检菌株多药耐药现象严重,有27株(93.10%)对2种或2种以上药物耐药,多药耐药率从16.67%~83.33%。耐药型主要为COS-CMP-STR-ERY-VAN;STR-ERY-VAN;COS-STR-ERY-VAN;COS-ERY-VAN;ERY-VAN;耐药菌分别占待检菌株的17.24%、13.79%、13.79%、10.35%及6.90%。
The antibioresistance of 29 Escherichia coli strains isolated from several chicken farms in Jiangsu Province was studied. The results showed high levels of resistance (from 65. 52% ~ 93. 10% ) to STR, COS, VAN and ERY. Medium frequencies of resistance (13. 79%, 34. 48% )were noted to CTN and CMP. For resistance to NEO, KAN, GEN and PIP,the frequencies of resistance were all low (6. 89% ). No resistance was observed to CFZ and TOB. A significant percentage of isolates (93. 10%, 27/29) were resistant to at least 2 antimicrobial agents,the rates of multiresistance were from 16. 67 % to 83. 33 %. The most frequent antibioresistance types were COS-CMP-STR-ERY-VAN,STR-ERY-VAN,COS-STRERY-VAN, COS-ERY-VAN and ERY-VAN, the rates of resistant strains were 17. 24%,13. 79 %, 13. 79%, 10. 35 %, 6. 90%,respectively.
