无腺体棉仁食用价值的研究 Ⅲ.营养学试验 被引量:1

STUDY ON EDIBILITY OF GLANDLESS COTTONSEED KERNELS Ⅲ.NUTRIOLOGICAL TEST

摘要 以含10%酪蛋白的饲料为对照,用SD大鼠对无腺体棉仁(GCK)和脱脂无腺体棉仁蛋白作了营养学评价。蛋白质效价(PER)试验表明,无论是受试大鼠的体重增长,还是饲料效价(FE),能量效价(CE)和PER,试验与对照间趋于一致。血液生化分析显示,试验与对照间三项蛋白质指标[血红蛋白(Hb)、血清总蛋白(STP)、血清白蛋白(SAb)]无统计学差异。氮平衡试验证明,GCK的消化率(DR)、生物价(BV)和氮平衡(NB)结果与对照亦无组间差异。结论:SD大鼠对含10%无腺体棉仁蛋白的利用与10%酪蛋白饲料的利用相仿.无营养学差异。 The effects of protein in defatted and undefatted glandless cottonseed kernels(GCK) on nutritive function in SD rats were investigated using 10% casein as control andtests of protein efficiency ratio (PER) and nitrogen balance (NB) as methods. No significantdifferences in weight gain,feed efficiency (FE),calorific efficiency (CE) and PER were foundbetween GCK and casein (control). Hemoglobin in blood and total protein,albumin in serumwere determined for rats fed with different experimental diets. The results of biochemicalanalysis showed that no significant differences occurred between treatments and control. Theresults of nitrogen balance test showed also that no significant differences were found in di gestive ratio (DR),biological value (BV) and nitrogen balance between treatments and con trol. The above test results proved that the utilization efficiency of 10% GCK proteins was u niform with that of 10% casein when fed to rats.
