摘要
苜蓿花叶病毒(AlfalfaMosaicVirusAMV)侵染菜豆(PhaseolusvulgarisL.)叶片后,能强烈地诱导病程相关蛋白PR2基因的表达,促进富含脯氨酸细胞壁蛋白、dehydrin、polyubiquitin和DanJlike蛋白等基因的转录水平。这些防御蛋白共同作用对于保护细胞免受病毒伤害和维持细胞的正常代谢有重要作用。
We have studied the expression of the stress related protein genes from bean( Phaseolus vulgaris L.)in response to alfalfa mosaic virus(AMV)infection.Northern blotting analysis revealed that the gene expression of pathogenesis related protein was strongly induced in leaves infected by AMV,the transcription of proline rich protein,dehydrin,polyubiquitin and DnaJ like protein genes was also greatly enhanced after infection.The function of various gene products is playing an important role to protect cell from virus.
