2006-2008年北京市暗娼人群安全套使用率及其影响因素

Condom use and associated factors among female sex workers in Beijing,2006-2008

目的了解暗娼人群安全套使用率及其影响因素,为行为干预工作提供依据。方法根据《国家级HIV综合监测点监测方案》,2006-2008年,每年对北京市性服务场所进行分层抽样,对抽中的性服务场所内的暗娼进行问卷调查。结果2006、2007、2008年,暗娼人群最近一次商业性行为安全套使用率,分别为69.3%、72.2%、77.7%。最近一个月每次商业性行为坚持使用安全套的比例,分别为38.9%、42.9%和46.5%。暗娼人群最近一个月每次商业性行为坚持使用安全套的影响因素包括:最近一周接客人数、文化程度、民族、接受过行为干预、首次商业性行为的年龄、从事商业性服务的时间。结论在商业性伴多和低文化程度的暗娼中开展的预防干预工作,有待进一步加强。通过预防艾滋病的宣传教育、行为干预及生活技能培训等多种方法,预防妇女从事性服务或者推迟他们进入性服务的年龄,可能也会有助于艾滋病防治工作。

Objective To learn about the proportion of condom use among female sex workers and associated factors so as to provide necessary information for behavioral intervention. Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted annually among female sex workers in entertainment establishments in Beijing from 2006 to 2008 by using stratified sampling on the basis of the ＂National HIV Comprehensive Surveillance Guideline＂. Results The proportion of condom use in the last commercial sex among female sex workers was 69.3% , 72.2% and 77.7% in the respective years of 2006, 2007 and 2008. The proportion of persistent condom use in commercial sex in the last month was 38.9%, 42.9% and 46.5% in the respective years of 2006, 2007 and 2008. Factors associated with persistent condom use included： number of clients in the past week, educational background, ethnic groups, receiving behavioral intervention, age of the first commercial sex and years of engagement in commercial sex. Conelusion More attention should be paid to those female sex workers who have more clients and were less educated. It may be useful to implement life skill building and HIV/STDs prevention activities among these women before they engage in commercial sex or postpone their age of devoting to sex industry.
