中国近年来参加世界艾滋病大会情况分析及相关建议

Review of China's participation in the recent World AIDS Conferences and some recommendations for future participation

目的分析中国自2000年以来参加世界艾滋病大会的整体情况,以大会为载体,总结中国艾滋病防治工作的变化及进展,并为今后中国参会展示中国成绩提供政策建议。方法通过文献检索、深入访谈、传媒内容分析等研究方法,对参会人员和收录摘要进行统计和分析。结果近8年来,中国参与世界艾滋病大会的人数逐届递增,参会人员类别呈多元化发展。大会收录的中国摘要总数逐届递增,展板摘要和发言摘要在各自领域中所占大会摘要总数的比例呈现增长态势;摘要所涉领域、人群、部门和学科从单一走向丰富。结论中国在近5届世界艾滋病大会取得不断进步的成绩,但在专业能力建设、多部门多学科参与、参会效果评估等方面仍存在问题,需进一步改进。

Objective To analyze the general condition of China＇s participation in the World AIDS Conference since 2000, review the changes and progress in HIV/AIDS prevention ＆ care in China, and provide policy suggestions for China＇s future participation and presentation of her AIDS prevention and care achievements in the World AIDS Conference. Methods The Chinese participants in the past world AIDS conferences were interviewed, abstracts of their presentations at the conferences were reviewed and related media reports were analyzed. Results In the past 8 years, the numbers of Chinese participants in the World AIDS Conference increased year after year and they began to come from different sectors and organizations. The numbers of the presentations accepted by the Conference were also on the increase; the abstracts from the Chinese participants or papers exhibited at the Conference were also occupying an increasing proportion of the total amounts of Conference＇ papers or abstracts in different fields; the papers or abstracts presented at the Conference or its exhibitions gradually began to involve wider or multiple areas, population groups, sectors and disciplines in comparison with that in the earlier years. Conclusion China has achieved a great progress in her participation in the recent 5 world AIDS conferences, but improvement should be made in capacity building, multi--sectors and multi--disciplines participation and effectiveness evaluation in the future.
