甲基化与HIV-1复制 被引量:1

摘要 甲基化是基因组DNA主要的表观遗传修饰方式,它可调节基因组功能的表达。甲基转移酶是细胞进程的调节器。最近的研究主要集中在,甲基化作用对艾滋病毒Ⅰ型(HIV-1)生活周期的影响上。新的证据表明,蛋白质甲基化可以调节HIV-1复制。另外,DNA甲基化和RNA甲基化也可能影响HIV-1复制。该文对这些方面进行了综述,以期为今后开展进一步的研究提供参考。
