摘要
在超临界及超超临界机组的调试过程中,汽动给水泵泵轴抱死事件屡有发生。一旦泵轴抱死,只能通过更换芯包解决,这直接影响了机组的正常运行及达标投产。分析了汽动给水泵泵轴抱死的主要原因,提出了在调试过程中避免泵轴抱死的技术措施,并将之应用于北仑三期工程超超临界机组汽泵调试过程,收到了良好的效果。
During commissioning of SC and USC units, jammed axle failures occurred to some turbine-driving feed pumps. Once the axle is jammed, it can only be replaced by a new core, which effects directly on unit' s start-up and normal operation. The paper analyses the main causes of the failures, and brings forward technical measures to prevent pump axle from jamming during commissioning. They were used in the course of turbine-driving feed pump commissioning in Guodian Beilun Phase Ⅲ USC units project with good results.
