摘要
2009年,某电厂发生了一起因定冷水中断而导致的跳机事故。对跳机事故进行了分析,针对定冷水补水泵满足不了机组运行要求、运行人员在操作时未严格执行操作票制度等事故主要原因,提出了相应的改进、防范措施,有效避免了同类事故的再次发生。
A generator trip failure occurred to a certain power plant because of stator cooling water breaking off in 2009. The paper analyzes the failure and gives out improving and preventing measures according to the main reasons that water supplying pump can＇t meet the working requirement of unit, operator don＇t execute the operation system seriously ,etc.
