根据我国招标投标法律规定,对推行经评审合理低价中标的意义以及在推行过程中存在的问题进行了探讨,提出了顺利推行经评审的合理低价中标的几点建议。

According to the Law on Public Bidding of China, this paper probes into the significance of the implementation of bidding approach of evaluated rational low quoted price and some problems in the process of its implementation, and puts forward some suggestions on implementing successfully the bidding approach of evaluated rational low quoted price.
