摘要
以跳汰机排料系统为研究对象,介绍了跳汰排料的工艺,提出了采用伺服比例阀控制跳汰机排料系统,通过对伺服比例控制系统的建模与仿真,证明该控制方案具有较好的响应能力与控制精度。
Taking the jigger discharging system as the research object, this paper introduces the jigger discharging technique, puts forward the jigger discharging system controlled by servo-proportion valve, and through modeling and simulation of servo-proportional control system, proves that the control scheme possesses better response capability and control accuracy.
