综述了国内学者对蔬菜原生质体培养包括原生质体的来源和预处理，原生质体的分离和培养，再生植株的获得以及原生质体融合等方面的研究进展。

This paper systematically reviewed the progress of protoplast cultare on vegrtables in China, in-cluding the source and pretreating, the isolation and culture of protoplast, the regeneration of plant and protoplast fu-sion.
