摘要
利用3个随机引物对21个香菇栽培菌株进行PCR扩增。结果表明,3个引物共产生45条DNA谱带,其中分子量最小的为0.18kb,最大的为1.16kb,聚类分析表明,21个香菇菌株的相似系数为0.64~1.00,其中大部分菌株遗传差异较小而相似程度较高。
Three arbitrary primers were used to finger-print twenty - one cultivated strains of Lentinula edodes in this paper. The results revealed that three primers produced forty five DNA bands ranging from 0. 18 ~1. 16 kb in these strains. Cluster analysts indicated that the similarity coeffi-cients were 0.64~1.00, low genetic diversity and high similarity existed in most of these strains.
