新疆哈巴河县克孜乌雍克地区班布蚋与刺扰伊蚊种群昼夜消长调查

Population Circadian Rhythm of Simulium maculatum and Aedes vexans from Kziuyongk Area of Habahe County, Xinjiang, China

新疆哈巴河县克孜乌雍克地区蚊、蚋危害严重，为了给其防治提供生态学依据，于2005年6月蚊、蚋高发季节，对当地的蚊、蚋进行了昼夜活动观察。选择克孜乌雍克地区某居住区内外3种不同生境，用人帐诱法昼夜调查蚊、蚋的数量变化。结果显示，在3种生境共捕获蚊、蚋15056只，其中班布蚋13062只，占86．76％，刺扰伊蚊1994只，占13．24％；班布蚋在居住区外树林中捕获最多，刺扰伊蚊在居住区内树林中数量居首位。3种生境中班布蚋24h变化规律相似，活动高峰时间主要在13：00～20：00；但不同生境刺扰伊蚊昼夜消长曲线不同，其中居住区内荒地与居住区外树林消长曲线变化相似，而居住区内树林与前两生境比较数量变化较大，3种生境依然出现晨峰或昏峰。新疆哈巴河县克孜乌雍克地区蚊、蚋种群密度与生境有关，蚋的危害比蚊虫严重。

To provide ecological bases for pest control, the circadian rhythm of Simulium maculatum and Aedes vexans was investigated during their abundant season of 2005 in Kziuyongk, Hahabe county of Xinjiang Uygur Aut. Reg., China. Three different habitats were selected as the sampling sites, and men-net-bait was used in sampling. The total number of mosquitoes and black flies collected from the 3 habitats was 15 056, of which 13 062 （86.76%） were S. rnaculatum, and 1 994 （13.24%） were Ae. vexans. Most S. maculatum were collected from the woods outside the residential quarters, while the Ae. vexans were collected mainly in the woods inside the residential quarters rhythm with the peak time of action from 13：00 to20： 00. S. maculatum collected from the 3 habitats showed similar circadian Ae. vexans collected from different habitats showed different circadian rhythms： those collected from the badlands inside the residential quarters and the woods outside the residential quarters showed similar circadian rhythms, while those collected from woods inside the residential quarters showed different circadian rhythm compared with that of the 2 former populations, but all the populations collected from the 3 habitats showed morning and dusk peaks of action. The population density of mosquitoes and black files was correlated with the habitats, and black fly made more serious hazard than mosquito did in this areas.
