贵州省普定县杨柳村人群土源性蠕虫感染情况调查

Investigation on Gelhelminthes Infection of Yangliu Village in Puding County of Guizhou Province

为了了解贵州省普定县杨柳村村民土源性蠕虫感染现况，采用改良加藤厚涂片法对该村常住人口进行肠道寄生蠕虫的调查。共调查了924人，总感染率为57％（527／924）。其中蛔虫、钩虫和鞭虫感染率分别为45％、1．62％和28．25％。5岁以下幼儿感染率最高，60岁以上成人感染率最低。杨柳村人群土源性蠕虫感染率及蛔虫、鞭虫感染率均高于贵州省平均水平，急需加强健康教育，强化寄生虫病的防治知识，以控制寄生虫病流行。

To know the epidemic situation of human gelhelminthes infection in yangliu village, Puding Guizhou Prinvinee, we conducted a survey by Kato-kaza. A total of 924 persons were investigated, and the total infection rate is 57%. The infection rate of Ascaris lumbricoides, hookworm and Trichuris trichttra were 45%, 1.62% and 28.25%, respectively. The infection rate of children under 5 ages is the highest, and the infection rate of adult above 60 ages is the lowest. In conclusion, the infection rate of gelhelminthes, Ascaris lumbricoides and Trichuris trichura is higher than the average level of Guizhou province, it is important and necessary to strengthen health education to prevent parasite infection.
