Countermeasures and Considerations on Difficulty and High Cost in Getting Medical Services

"看病难、看病贵"越来越成为社会关注的焦点和热点。究其原因是多方面的。根据现阶段政府可承受的投入以及医改思路,人民群众的卫生需求和政府卫生供给的矛盾将长期存在,需转变医疗消费观念,才能行成共识。①正确理解医疗费价格。解决看病贵、看病难的问题,需要综合配套改革和治理,这需要有一个过程;②加强正确的舆论导向;③医院应建立监控机制,重点解决合理治疗、合理检查、合理用药、合理收费问题,规范医疗收费、规范诊疗活动;④制定合理的物价体系,政府主管部门从源头上抓起,减少流通领域里的不正当促销行为;⑤增强公民预防疾病的意识,坚持预防为主的方针,提高全民的健康水平。

The difficulty and high cost in getting medical services is becoming a hot issue in China.Its causes are various. Due to the current maximum investing power of government and the approach of medical reform,the contradiction between common people s demands to health services and government s supply with health services will last for a long time.Only by transforming concept of healthcare consumption,can the consensus be achieved.①Common people should properly understand the price for medical care. To solve the problems need comprehensive supporting reforms and management,which is a gradual process. ②The media should properly lead the direction of public opinion. ③Hospitals should build supervisory mechanism, emphasize on the problems as reasonablemedical service, body check, drug-use ; and charges, and control unreasonable rise of medical charges and standardize procedures for medical activities. ④Rational price system should be formulated. Government must identify the root causes of the problems and reduce undue sales promotion in circulation area. ⑤We should raise common people＇s consciousness about diseas eprevention, adhere to the policy of prevention first and improve the health level of all citizens.
