摘要
运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,对水稻气力有序抛秧过程中钵体苗与导苗管碰撞机理进行了有限元模拟分析,通过对钵体苗的应力分析,得出了相应的应力时间关系曲线。通过设置不同的碰撞速度和不同的碰撞位置,得出碰撞过程中钵体苗内部的应力分布,并对应力时间关系曲线进行分析,发现所得的结果与碰撞理论基本相符,为水稻气力有序抛秧机的设计提供了一定的理论基础。
