摘要
随着市场经济的发展,农产品的深加工越来越受到重视,其加工前的分选工作非常重要,大批中小型企业急需结构简单和价格低廉的分选设备。为此,分析了筛分机筛面上物料的运动,设计了圆弧振动式甜玉米籽粒筛分机的结构,确定了参数,并通过对筛面物料的受力分析,得出筛面倾角和曲柄转速的确定方法,利用以上分析结果设计了圆弧振动式甜玉米籽粒筛分机。通过实验证明:筛分机筛分效果良好,效率高,能够较好地满足中小型企业使用的要求。
With the improvement of the market economy and the development, reworking farming is more and more important, sepation operation is more and more. Large numbers the middle or small enterprises demand sepation equipment with simple structural and lower price. The paper has designed mechanism parameters of arc - shaking screen classifier for screening sweet corn bean by analyzing movement locus of material on screen, got method for designing tilt angle of screen and rotational speed of crank by analyzing stress of material on screen. The arc - shaking screen classifier designed application analytic conclusion have better effect and more efficiency in putting to test. Satisfaction of the middle or small enterprises ' needs.
