摘要
为了解决混合式定量中的粗加料与细加料比例分配问题,开发了以PC为上位机、单片机为下位机构成的混合式定量控制实验系统。系统根据上位机的工作指令,对加料进行控制,对称量模块进行数据采集并预处理,处理结果通过RS-4 8 5总线传给上位机,由上位机对加料参数的设置和定量结果进行分析,从而为提高混合式定量准确度提供研究平台。
In order to solve the scale - distribution problem of coarse feeding and minute feeding of composite - type quantifying, developing composite - type quantifying control experimental system that regards PC as the upper- computer and single - chip computer as lower - computer, the system is based on the working order of upper - computer to control feeding and gather data to weighing sensor and pretreatment. The result is sent upper - computer through RS - 485 bus, the upper - computer is used the parameter establishment and result analysis, then provide a study platform for improving composite -type quantifying accuracy.
