摘要
物料翻转机可使板材在加工过程中翻转90°角,为后续工序做准备,将物料推送到翻转臂上,翻转臂带动物料转动9 0°,对板材进行质量检验。物料翻转机来源于工厂自动生产线,但高于生产实际使用的机器,更适合于教学,是机电一体化专业学习领域《机械设计分析与实践》实施情境教学的载体。由于农业机械应用技术等专业属于机械工程类专业,具有普适性,该设备可以作为工科类实施专业基础课普适性的教具和载体。
A material turnover device is utilized to turn plate materials for an angle of 90 degrees in the manufacturing process, making preparations for the subsequent handling where the plate materials are pushed to a swiveling jib turning 90 degrees for a quality test. The material turnover device is derived from a factory automatic production line, but its performances is better than that of the in - service machine, furthermore suitable for teaching activities. It is a teaching carrier for implementing situational instructions of the learning field of "Mechanical Design Analysis and Practice" in the major in mechanotronies, and is also as a universal teaching aid and medium for some specialized elements courses in mechanical engineering specialties including ones of agricultural machinery applied technology.
