金丝小枣品质的综合评价及其与土体构型关系 被引量:8

Quality Evaluation of Jinsixiaozao(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.cv.Jinsixiaozao) Fruits and Its Relationship with Soil Body Configuration

摘要 根据对河北省沧州市金丝小枣主产区金丝小枣样品可溶性总糖、可滴定酸和VC等含量的测定,运用变异系数法和层次分析法确定金丝小枣各项品质指标的权重,进而对其品质进行综合评价,并对不同品质类型的金丝小枣与其生长土壤的土体构型进行了对比分析。结果表明:沧县黄递铺乡后马村、大褚村乡小沟庄、崔尔庄镇李屯村、大官厅乡茶棚村、李天木乡吕楼村和泊头营子乡后村的金丝小枣在主产区品质最优,而泊头郝村乡北孟庄村的金丝小枣的品质相对稍差。这说明,在区域气候和果园管理水平大致相同的情况下,金丝小枣品质与其生长土壤的土体构型密切相关。 According to the test results of Total Soluble Sugar , Titratable Acid and VC of Ziziphus jujuba in its main producing areas , using coefficient of variation and AHP to determine the weight of each quality factor of Ziziphus jujuba, We made a comprehensive evaluation for their quality and have done a comparative analysis between Ziziphus jujuba of different quality types and the Soil Body Configuration of the soil where they grow. The results show that Ziziphus jujuba which grow in the Hou Ma village of Huang Di Pu town , XiaoGou village of Da Chucun town, Li Tun village of Cui Er Zhuang town, ChaPeng village of DaGuanting town, LvLou village of LiTianmu town in Cangxian in main producing areas are the best while the Ziziphus jujuba garden in BeiMeng Zhuang Village HaoCun town in Botou are relatively poor. It indicats the quality of Ziziphus jujuba is closely related to the Soil Body Configuration it growing on with almost the same regional climate and Orchard management level.
