粘结剂对秸秆育苗钵成型质量影响的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 可降解的秸秆育苗钵能够实现钵和秧苗的一体栽植,越来越受到广大育苗者的青睐。以玉米淀粉、磷酸、NaOH和粘土为载体配置4种类型粘结剂,与水稻秸秆混合后压制成育苗钵,进行了育苗钵的密度、渗水率、跌碎率等机械特性的分析与研究。试验结果表明,4种粘结剂制成的育苗钵均能满足育苗过程中的机械强度要求,但其在土壤中的可降解性和对秧苗根系发展状况的影响还有待于进一步研究。 The degradable straw seedling nursing container is attracted more and more attention of the planter, because it can be planted through the earth bowl and the seedling. In this experiment, cornstarch, phosphoric acid, NaOH and clay are used as four kinds of carrier, and mixed with rice straw to compacting seedling nursing container. Then the mechanical features of them are analyzed and researched. ;l'est result showed that the four kinds seedling nursing container are all meet the need of mechanical strength in the working process. But other performance indexes of them are needed to be studied.
