Research of Bayberry Harvest Manipulator and Its Prospects

介绍了杨梅果实收获存在挂果密集、分批采摘和成熟期短等特点,以及人工采摘杨梅存在效率低和质量下降等缺陷,分析了国内外果蔬收获机械研究现状,发现对于挂果密集与果面易损伤的杨梅缺乏研究。研究杨梅采摘机械手,对提高生产效率、提升杨梅品牌地位和在国内外市场的竞争力、增加我国外汇收入、提高果农收入具有重大的现实经济意义。

There are peculiarities such as fruit glomerate, ripe group by group, and autumn short in bayberry harvesting. Harvesting artificially will result in low efficiency and low quality. Domestic and overseas research status on fruit and vegetable harvesting machine are described in the paper. It is found that few has involved harvesting machine of fruit that is surface vulnerable like bayberry. So research on bayberry harvesting machine will improve productivity, heighten brand value, enhance its International Competitiveness, and increase income of farmers.
