制定《公共图书馆法》,是当前我国图书馆界的焦点话题,需从国外特别是发达国家汲取经验。本文以英美为例,比较了二者图书馆立法进程。对比分析两国图书馆立法进程,对我们有十分重要的启示。

The library legislation is a current focus and topic of library world in China, needing to extract experience from foreign countries, especially the developed states. This article takes UK ＆ USA for example and compares with their library legislations. By comparing and analysing these library legislations, we could get very important enlightenments.
