摘要
文章介绍了油田后期开采中 ,堵驱注液系统液位、泥浆浓度、流量测量的意义 ;确定液位、泥浆浓度的范围及每口井注入的液量所采取的方法。并说明了用设计的液位测量自动报警仪测量液位精度高、应用广 ;利用浮力原理设计的测量仪适合于测量泥浆浓度 ,其测量误差小于 0 .3% ;选用的超声波流量计能确定每口井注入液量的多少 ,能满足现场工作要求。实践证明 ,上述检测方法故障少 ,节省人力、物力 。
The paper introduces the meaning for measuring the liquid level, mud density and flow rate of injecting liquid system in stopping water adn driving oil, and the methods for determining the range of the liquid level and mud density and the injected liquid quality in each well. The designed liquid level and alarm instrument has high measurement accuracy and wide uses. The measurement error of mud density instrument is lesser than 3%. Measuring the injected liquid quality by use of the ultrasonic flow meter can satisfy the acrual requirement. The application showes that above instruments is reliably and have high economic benefit.
