摘要
文章介绍了CMS - 30 0岩心自动测定仪的基本结构、原理及性能特点。该仪器由计算机操作界面、样品夹持器、围压系统、氦气系统和电气系统组成。有两套进样系统及岩心夹持器系统 :一套可装 18个直径为 2 .5 4cm ,长 1.9cm~ 7.6 2cm的岩样 ;另一套可装 12个直径为 3.81cm ,长为 1.9cm~ 7.6 2cm的岩样 ,围压可设定 3.45MPa~ 6 8.9MPa ,由计算机程序控制自动进样 ,可将岩心依次推入夹持器自动测试 ,微机采集数据、计算后打印出全部结果。仪器自动化程度高、计算精度高 。
This paper introduces the basic structure, principle and performance distinguishing feature of CMS-300 core automatic determination instrument. The instrument is composed of the computer operation interface, core holder, confining pressure system, helium gas system and electric gas system, the CMS-300 has two set of feed sample system and core holder. The one is installed eighteen samples, the samples′ diameter is 2.54 cm, length is 1.9 cm~7.62 cm. The other is installed twelve samples, the samples′ diameter is 3.81 cm, length is 1.9 cm~7.62 cm. The confining pressure can keep 3.45 MPa~68.9 MPa. The automatic feed sample is controlled by the computer program, and the sample sucessively get into core holder and is auto measured. A lot of data are acquired and calculated by computer, then typeprinter prints the all result. The instrument automation degree is high, and the calculation precision is high too. A lot of paramenters are determined by man computer dialogue.
