摘要
从石油的消费需求出发，指出了到下世纪初我国石油工业发展中存在的主要问题．并就今后石油工业发展所面临的机遇和挑战。提出了石油资源优化配置和石油加工战略调整的思路。
Starting from the demand of petroleum consumption, the paper points out the main problems ex-isting in the development of petroleum industry of our country up to the beginning of next century,and proposes the thoughts on the optimization of allocation of petroleum resource and the strategic ad-justment of petroleum processing.
