储罐接管焊缝振动处理消除应力技术试验研究

Test Research of Vibration Treatment Technology in Eliminating Residual Welding Stress of Welding Seam in Connection Pipe of Large Storage Tank

摘要 为了应用振动处理技术消除大型储罐接管焊缝的残余焊接应力,对该方法的处理效果进行试验研究,并与传统的热处理方法进行对比。试验表明:振动处理与热处理相比,大约可降低成本95%,节约电能8%,处理作业时间缩短近10倍。现已成功用于大庆油田两台5万m3储罐接管的消除应力处理。 For using vibration treatment technology to eliminate the residual welding stress of welding seam in connection pipe of large storage tank, the research workers study treatment effect of this technology and compare with traditional heating lreatment method. The test result indicates that, in contrast with heating treatment, this method can decrease ninety-five percent of cost, save eight percent of electricity, and shorten ten times of treatment time. This techology has applied successfully in eliminating welding stress treatment of connection pipe in two 50, 000m3 storage tanks in Daqing Oilfield.
