摘要
采用价格低廉的氮气代替氩充入1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢管内进行的TIG焊工艺试验表明:不锈钢氩弧焊焊缝背面充氮保护可有效防止焊缝背面氧化,氮天明显的溶入反应,对焊缝的组织和性能无不利影响,焊接质量可满足工程需要,且比充氩保护降低成本30%以上。
The test of TIG welding process that pours cheap nitrogen gas into 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel pipe substituted for argon indicates that stainless steel argon arc welding with nitrogen gas protection in back surface of welding seam can prevent hack surface of seam oxidizing effectively. The nitrogen gas doesn' t have obvious dissolution reaction and it has no harmful effect on constitution and property of welding seam. The process can meet the requirement of welding quality and reduce more than 30% of cost than using argon.
