老年患者行胰十二指肠切除术的围手术期处理

Perioperative care of elderly pancreatoduodenectomy patients

目的:总结老年患者行胰十二指肠切除术的围手术期处理的经验。方法:回顾性分析2001年1月～2009年1月我院收治的70例60岁以上老年胰十二指肠切除术患者的临床资料。结果:治愈率为95.7%,并发症发生率为45.7%,病死率为4.3%。结论:加强老年胰十二指肠切除术患者的围手术期处理,可有效防治术后并发症,提高治愈率。

Objective： To sum up the experiences in perioperative care of elderly pancreatoduodenectomy patients. Methods： Clinical data of 70 elderly patients that underwent pancreatoduodenectomy during January, 2001 and January, 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The total recovery rate, complication incidence and mortality were 95.7% ,45.7% and 4.3% separately. Conclusions：Proper perioperative care of elderly pancreaticoduodenectomy patients can prevent postoperative complications and improve curative rate of the surgery.
