绿色农业的健康、可持续发展需要一定的财政支持作为物质基础。但从财政方面看,相关制度的建立仍显滞后,财政政策在推进绿色农业发展上存在倾向性不明显等问题,还远不能适应绿色农业发展的需要。因此,必须在遵循相关原则的基础上,加大财政对绿色农业发展的支持力度,要从财政支持绿色农业发展的宏观调控体系、绿色农业社会化服务体系、绿色农业环境保护税制、绿色农业投资结构、财政支持绿色农业发展的模式创新等方面采取综合措施。

The health and sustainable development of green agriculture needs certain financial support as a material base. In terms of finance, relevant systems establishment is still lagging behind. The fiscal policy to promote green agriculture ＂s development is not obvious, which can＇t nearly meet the needs of the green agriculture＇s development. Therefore, followed by relevant principles, the measures to increase financial support for green agriculture＇s development should be taken from macro - control system of financial support for green agriculture, socialized service system of green agriculture, environmental protection tax system of green agriculture and so on.
