摘要
转基因技术的创新带来了一系列潜在的风险,也引起了诸多的伦理争议。本文依据责任伦理的观点,结合转基因技术创新的实践,分析了转基因技术创新所涉及到的多种伦理责任,讨论了转基因技术创新所应遵循的伦理原则的优先安排。
Transgenic technology innovation has brought about a series of hidden risks and resulted in a lot of ethical controversies. In the light of the viewpoint of moral responsibility and integrating the practice of the technology,this paper analyzes a variety of moral responsibilities relating to transgenic technology innovation and probes into the prior arrangement of ethical principles in applying the innovation.
