欠发达地区农业产业化经营效率分析与对策——以江西省为例

Research on Comprehensive Efficiency of Agribusiness in Developing Areas and Countermeasures——Based on Jiangxi Province

以江西省为例,运用数据包络分析方法,对欠发达地区江西农业产业化运营效率进行了实证分析,得出的主要结论认为,近年来江西农业产业化经营效率不断提高,要素投入效果显著。但是,农业产业化经营总体效率仍然偏低,区域产业化发展水平极不平衡,带动农民增收能力弱小。其原因主要在于欠发达地区的农业产业化经营技术效率偏低、区域差距较大以及产业化利益连接和分配机制的不合理等因素。最后,本文提出了相应的对策建议。

USing DEA method,the article carries out empirical studies on the comprehensive efficiency of agri business in developing areas, based on Jiangxi Province ,and draws the conclusion that,in recent years, the industrial efficiency of agricultural production and business is unceasingly enhanced and the factor inputs effect was remarkably improved in Jiangxi Province. However, the overall efficiency of agricultural industrial production management was still somewhat low ,the regional industrial production levels of development are extremely unbalanced, and the ability to help farmers enhance their income is low. The reasons for these mainly lie in the low efficiency of agricultural industri al production management technology in developing areas ,big regional disparity, and unreasonable industrial produc tion benefit connection and assignment mechanism and so on. Finally, the article puts forward corresponding counter measures.
