摘要
随着我国科技期刊的迅速发展和编辑人才管理需求的提升,期刊社越来越广泛地认识到编辑人才资源的重要性。编辑人才资源管理的目的是激发编辑人才的潜能,最大限度地发挥编辑人才的主观能动性和创造力,促进期刊社目标和个人目标的实现,推动中国科技进步。而开发、利用好编辑人才资源,就必须坚持以人为本,建立良好的编辑人才激励机制。
With the rapid development of academic journals and the increasing demands in management of editing personnel, editorial departments are recognizing widely the importance of personnel resources. The purpose for management of editing personnel resources is to tap their potential, to make most use of their initiative and creativity, to speed up to reach the goals both for editorial departments and editors, so as to promote China' s scientific progress. Establishment of human-oriented concept and good incentive mechanism is the key to tapping potential and using bet- ter editing personnel.
