摘要
具有制度创新意义和显著实施效果的职工持股,在我国的发展一波三折。其原因之一就是人们对职工持股存在诸多偏见和模糊认识。本文以邓小平社会主义本质论为视角,对我国发展职工持股的理论依据进行探讨,认为在我国发展职工持股势在必行并大有可为。
According to the reasons of prejudice and hazy cognition, after undergoing a fluctuant way of development, employee's shareholding has already displayed its creative meaning in the system innovation, and also begin to show a significant effect. From the perspective of the Nature of Socialism by Deng Xiaoping, this article is trying to probe into the issues of theoretical foundation rederring to employee' s shareholding, and the author considers that this is imperative under the situation and is also a promising course in our country.
